Archos has released the Gmini 402, an iPod-sized personal multimedia centers. The Archos Gmini 402 plays DVD-quality videos, photos and protected Windows Media Audio and Video files. It can also used as a USB host for transferring files from digital cameras and other devices.

The Gmini has a 20GB hard drive with a 2.2″ TFT LCD screen, with a resolution of 220×176 and support for 262K colors. It also integrates a stereo analog line-in port, TV output port and a built-in microphone.
